While together we have an expanded product line, rest assured that our dedication to the highest quality, sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients as well as premium craftsmanship is as strong as ever.
We are under the Kosher supervision of the Vaad Hakashrut of the 5 Towns and Far Rockaway. All pastries are 'pas yisroel' and all dairy products are 'cholov yisroel.' Our 100% vegan and parve line continues to be produced in a separate, dedicated kitchen.
