Whether dusted in cocoa or enrobed in chocolate, truffles come in a wide variety of flavors and textures with something for everyone. We'll learn how to make ganache, the key component of every truffle, and different methods of coating and decorating them. We also learn about the chocolate production process and have a tasting of different chocolates from around the world. You'll be able to take your creations and your knowledge home, and use your new found skills to make many more types of truffles. Classes are $85.00 per student.
IMPORTANT CLASS GUIDELINES:
- Classes may have up to 4 students from different households, and up to 6 students from the same household per session.
- Socially distanced work stations are set up for students in advance.
- Mask wearing is mandatory throughout the duration of the class.
- Classes are for people ages 14 and up. We are not set up for hosting classes for young children. Please contact us with any questions.
